I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy professional providing both face to face sessions in Central London and online sessions. I specialise in anxiety-related problems (worrying, phobias, panic attacks, obsessions and compulsions, social anxiety, post trauma difficulties, and anxiety to academic exams, amongst others), and couples therapy, and am available for private consultation.  My clinical practice is confidential and non-judgemental, and I always seek to create a warm and empathic environment, which enables my clients to work effectively towards positive change.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are living very uncertain and for most of us also worrying and distressing times. Some of us will be more anxious than usual, or experiencing anxiety for the first time, and potentially finding it difficult to manage such anxiety, worries and stress. This is a time during which mental health is important as it will help coping and navigate such uncertainty.
